1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Zentroniq Internship Program operated by Quadratech Innovations and Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Description

The Zentroniq Internship Program is a short-term training program designed to provide hands-on experience in various technology domains including AI, Python, IoT, Robotics, Web Development, and more.

3. Eligibility

• Open to students currently pursuing or having completed graduation
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age
• No prior experience is required for most streams
• Participants must have access to a computer/laptop for online sessions

4. Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Early bird discounts are available for a limited period only

5. Program Duration & Schedule

• Program duration varies between 1 week and 2 weeks based on chosen plan
• Session timings will be communicated after registration
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with prior notice

6. Certificates

• Certificates will be provided upon successful completion of the program
• Completion requires attending a minimum of 80% of sessions
• Project submission is mandatory for certificate issuance

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain professional behavior during all sessions
• Respect instructors and fellow participants
• Not share program materials with non-participants
• Submit original work for projects and assignments

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, and content provided during the program are the intellectual property of Quadratech Innovations and Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for registration.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate participation of any individual who:

• Violates the code of conduct
• Engages in disruptive behavior
• Provides false information during registration

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
