Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all registrations made for the Zentroniq Internship Program operated by Quadratech Innovations and Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before program start: Full refund if requested at least 7 days before the program start date.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of start: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • After program commencement: No refunds will be provided once the program has started.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@zentroniq.com
  2. Include your Payment ID, registered name, and reason for cancellation
  3. We will respond within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after the program has started
  • Failure to attend sessions without prior notice
  • Removal from the program due to misconduct or violation of terms
  • Technical issues on the participant's end

6. Program Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel the program:

  • Full refund will be provided to all registered participants
  • Alternatively, participants may choose to defer to the next batch

7. Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no extra cost, provided:

  • Request is made at least 3 days before the program starts
  • The new participant meets eligibility criteria
